Guest guest
Freeman, putrefaction is not part of whey digestion because it is readily absorbed, not needing digestion like most of the proteins. The low fat diet is incorrect; low vegetable fat yes because this fat oxidizes to incur heart disease, which saturated fats do not. Only mammals fed soy corn cottonseed and canola oil etc have excess unsaturated fat in their oils; these of course can be avoided by eating grass-fed mammals. Whey is the only protein you really need; the amount varies with the physical effect you want. I read suggestions that > people with Putrefaction dysbiosis should go on a low fat/low animal > protein diet. Is this correct and if so would whey cover my needs? >
