WELL WRITTEN Duncan, all understood this time. Now that you're in love, does

this mean you'll be writing more understandable emails for dummies like me?

Keep up the good work.

Also from what I've read ONLY Progesterone and Testosterone can replace lost

bone, so you must have learned something new since 1996 when I read this info.

osteoporosis reversal?

More in line with an anti-candida diet, I've reversed osteoporosis in

clients who prefer to continue to eat meat and undenatured whey, by

simply increasing HGH (growth hormone) release and attending to

malnutrition.

All cell production, healing and recovery requires adequate HGH

levels. HGH release drops to 1/4 or less than youthful values as you

age, so HGH release stimulation is naturally a core part of an anti-

aging program. Clinical studies on reversing osteoporosis,

osteopenia, and arthritis with HGH therapy appears on my site. Pay

particular attention to the fact HGH can be increased to youthful

values with every dose of certain amino acids or shots, while HGH

soundalike enhancers only marginally increase these levels over a

period of several weeks.

Over time, natural HGH release increases on the program as you become

more youthful and the glands repair :), meaning you can stop the

enhancement program and surf the event of having a younger body

without continuing to directly promote HGH release.

I agree not to use Fosamax as all it does is prevent resorption and

replacement of dead bone cells. This only gives a false impression of

bone health. For more information on using a proper vitamin program

for bone health see the Dr. Haltiwanger article, Electrical Nutrition

for Physically Active People:

Hi Bonnie;

The studies that used HGH therapy to remineralize bone etc. were done

from 1999 to 2002. Still, proponents of testosterone and progesterone

therapy sometimes fail to recognize that HGH therapy increases and

actually balances those hormonal levels to youthful values just as it

does the other hormones; this is why the anti-aging therapy works

across the board in 95% of people or better. Gooogle this:

(Somalife " clinical references " )

I think yes, now that I've thrown out the most negative roommate I

ever had, regained control of my personal life, fallen in love,

feeling all good and such, I'll probably be more thorough at reaching

out to the public too. I'm even starting up my health workshops again

locally!

That's great Duncan, loved this reply and glad to know that you'll be reaching

out more, but I thought you already did a great job of that in the past.
