starting 6 year old on nyastatin..need some help...guidelines

hi there..havent done all this in years with my som so I need some

help...my son definetlyis yeasty..skin irritation,, brain fog, red rash

in his tooshy, white patch by nose, smelly breath,....

My dr. prescribed nyastatin..whe he was younger we had extreme die off

reactions..maybe I was dosing too high?

What r ur rec. and is there something else...farely simple to do at the

same time...he is pretty much lactose free...but does not take anything

(nutritional..boo whoo)...would you definitely avoid a certain type of

food...
