Bobby and everyone!

When you go to these conferences it is loaded with tons of information...that

can be very much over whelming.

Make sure you get ready to attend just like you would if you were still in

school.

Take the questions you would love to ask with you.  If you can submit them to

him thru his web site of a person setting this whole thing up, that would help

you and others with your same question.

Make sure you have a written out time-line of your life and times of illness and

lack of illness.  This is important for all of us to do.  Then we do not have to

wonder about the dates and such so we can answer questions related to this

information quickly and completely. 

 

When it is black and white, we can begin to see some patterns come to the light.

You can keep track of the foods you eat and how they made you feel.  Also, how

much went in and how much came out!

We can look and see that the times when you were most sick... say around the

holidays...when it start your stress levels to going crazy.  Or when the

anniversary of a death or some tragic even comes around.

These tips are helpful.  You might not be able to change the dates, but you can

get yourself prepared if you are awhere that this is a problem.

I just the other day thought about the fact that on July 3rd 3  years ago, me

and my family arrived back on US soil.  And that my Dad passed away 4 days

later.

I was not o n top of the date and did notice...after the fact, that I did have a

bit of sadness, now I know why.

So, if we are not journaling, we should be!!!  Not just the food but how the

food and our surroundings make us feel.

If you are for instance in a relationship that is not healthy...you just might

need to get away from the environment.  Once you come to the understanding of

self and such, you are then able to make some choices and move in the direction

that is best for you.

And for all of us caretakers, let me share with you something I learned just

last night1

When things are happening...it is like being in a plane that has lost altitude. 

They tell you that when the masks come down, PUT YOURS ON FIRST AND THEN THE

CHILD'S!

If you do not, there is a good chance that both of you will pass out. 

We all need to take the time to get us right and then while doing that, others

will be helped in the process we hope.

Just like this group, how many of you share the information you get from here

with other people?  Many many of you...it is just our way in this online

community we all share.

So, enough on the soap box and on to the sand box to play and be free!

Good health to all...lets keep it written so our minds can be free to do other

things.

Since I have never heard of this person, can you tell me why or how he

is a " Nation's Foremost Naturopathic Doctors " ?

Is he famous for any discovery, techniques, protocols, etc?

A google search links him with selling monavie. Is that why he's

a " Nation's Foremost Naturopathic Doctors " ?
