Guest guest
Duncan, What's your opinion on the use of Sodium Bicarbonate? Is it counterproductive in some ways given that our body organs are trying to produce acids to aide digestion; e.g, Saliva Gland produces saliva acid, Liver produces bile acid, Small Intestine produces HCL, etc. A number of people on this list are supplementing with HCL tablets to create an acidic intestinal environment to aide digestion. Neutralizing it with Sodium Bicarbonate seems counter productive. What's your opinion? Guest guest
Jerry -- yes, in my opinion using sodium bicarb is counterproductive to health; it reacts with stomach acid, and the resulting carbon dioxide initially has an acidifying effect in the blood until it is exhaled and that occurs in minutes. By the way, small intestine doesn't produce HCl as far as I know, although the bowel probiotics do produce lactic proprionic butyric and acetic acids. Guest guest
Duncan, With your sense of sodium bicarb effect on the body, what do you think is happening regarding the healing that some have had with this regarding cancers or tumors. Not trying to challenge your insights but would like to understand the efficasy of this protocol better. Thanks much, jerry upshaw <upshawjerry@...> wrote: Duncan, Thx for your response! Guest guest
Freeman, you'll find that the cancer groups do not use bicarb; I'd suggest cesium chloride and oxygen therapy, AKA high-pH therapy, as a better option if you have cancer.
