Well I can't speak for anyone else but from my humble perspective, all

raw food should be eaten at around body temperature. One should never

eat raw food cold as the body has to work harder in trying to warm it up

for proper digestion and eating hot food excessively irritates the

mucosal lining of the esophagus and stomach.

Warm is alright as long as it is not any more warm than body temp.

Just my thougts and those of many raw foodists and natural hygienists.

Hey Don,

Well, if we only agree 20% on fasting ....we agree 100% on food

temp.!!! I couldn't have said it better. I'd allow for 1 or 2

degrees above body temp....no more, tho.
