Guest guest
I know that my stool became colorless / white when the candida was really active and I was in an very unhealthy state. For me it was caused by the candida robbing all of the nutrients out of my food and leaving nothing for my body to absorb. When your stool is dark its because it is still full of nutrients and healthy. > > http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/white-stool/AN01724 > >

Guest guest
Somehow I get the impression from the original post on white stools is that the stools themselves are not actually white, but they are enveloped with white stuff like mucus? Or something that the author doesn't know what it is. Another post responded that they too had the white stuff, but with more defined " strings " or " strands. " The coating sounds a different thing that actual white stools, which would be consistent with the article regarding lack of bile or bile obstruction. Maybe clarification is needed regarding the white stool. Are the actual stools white, or just coated with white stuff? Guest guest
Dark stool also is because it has been inside of you a while. Stool which passes out quickly becomes lighter and what you eat also adds to this. If i do not eat meat then my stool is lighter and when i consume meats it becomes darker... just me !
