For what it is worth......most or I should say ALL the dr.s here where I live

don't have any clues to why I am yeasty. & nbsp; But my one dr. believes I need to

boost my immune system up to be able to cope with these issues better. & nbsp; And

I did all he told me to do and I did get better, then it all came back

again....but then like I said earlier I think my house is the reason I'm so

sick. & nbsp; That's why I'm not living there any more.

& nbsp;

Any how.....on my last visit he told me to use Vit. D3. & nbsp; he said large

dosage of it will boost the immune system. & nbsp; I use the products that he

sales and he sales them for less than I can get on the internet. & nbsp; AND only

lic. phys. can sale these products, even thought they are not drugs. & nbsp; So he

put me on Ortho Mullecular Products, Vit. D3 at 5,000 IU. & nbsp; He told me to

take 50,000 IU for three days, then drop back to 5,000 once a day. & nbsp; I did

the 50,000 but for days instead then droped back to 10,000 then to 5,000 a

day. & nbsp; And I did notice an improvement. & nbsp; Also Ortho Mulecular sells one

of the best Probiotics as well, which I also take twice a day. & nbsp; Also In Jan

I started taking IP-6 (max3 www.enzy.com) which is a HUGE immune booster as

well. & nbsp;

& nbsp;

SO just to through some thoughts out there for you all. & nbsp; Cause I do believe

if our immune systems where better, then we wouldn't be suffering from yeast and

other issues that most peoples bodies can handle.

My dad was getting acupuncture, it did help with how he was feeling,

but didn't have much of a long term benefit in terms of candida.
