Guest guest
Edy, neither yeast nor vinegar themselves foster candida growth. Nor alcohol for that matter. But people who don't do the research sometimes equate " vinegar " with the sugar that is in it, like they equate " yeast " as the bread that contains it, and the alcohol that candida and yeast make as waste (from the sugar). These are some of the popular " candida myths " we've busted in candidasis; all one has to do to verify is look at the research instead of some uninformed individual's guess. Tabasco may well contain sugar and even starch, but you wouldn't be using enough of it to screw up your diet. Try electricity on the infected tooth; I haven't seen it fail yet - - we used around 5 volts DC, 5 mA when we weren't using the SOTA silver pulser. Guest guest
Helen, sometimes apple cider vineger contains a lot of sugar. Sugar is on the avoid list even when it has vinegar with it. Vinegar is a specific feed for bowel lining cells; sugar is not. Duncan > > Duncan >  > I feel dreadful after taking apple cider vinegar. why is that. Guest guest
Oke, when I read labels and like in Tabasco , there is no mention of sugar or starch so that should not be in there. Are you saying that it could be in there?? << > >> > Tabasco may well contain sugar and even starch, but you wouldn't be > using enough of it to screw up your diet.>> What sort of instrument is used for this purpose <<> Try electricity on the infected tooth; I haven't seen it fail yet - > - we used around 5 volts DC, 5 mA when we weren't using the SOTA > silver pulser.>> Edy
Guest guest
What kind are you taking Helen? You need cloudy ACV that has what's called The Mother--I don't know what that means, but we need it. I'm using Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I find it helps with pain and gives me some energy. Oddly though, now when I take whey I feel a bit worse--maybe because whey is acidic and ACV is alkalinizing (though acidic, it alkalinizes the blood and gives oxygen). I'm sipping the vinegar in small doses in plenty of water throughout most of the day as recommended on earthclinic.com. I don't feel much die-off from it if I take it that way. (I'm taking it hours apart from Threelac though as I fear it may kill the Threelac buggies). Adding some cayenne pepper seems to help with symptoms too. You can't just use regular grocery-store ACV--it needs to be cloudy--the local deli here has Bragg's and so do health-food stores--I'm sure there is the equivalent in other countries. It's also suggested to get PH test strips to test your urine to make sure you need alkalinizing. vicky Vicky > > Duncan >  > I feel dreadful after taking apple cider vinegar. why is that.
