Dear Kathy,

You are not alone! I am sure all of us would be uneasy to one degree or

another about this. Try to take long, deep breaths. Do something you like

to do for this time frame. Sometimes we just have to MOVE OUR MIND

OFF of things.

Anyone have a quick solution for a panic attack? I am agorophobic and have to go to a dental surgeon for an emergency appointment in 1 hour and I am freaking out......and also in agony with this tooth.
