Guest guest
I know many people who have done this for candida. Dr. Wong learned it from a naturopath here where I live. The man's name was (he has passed away) Dr. Tommy Reavis. I attended many lectures by him and he always recommended cream of tartar in water at night for killing candida. He said to take it at night because it can give you diarrhea. This way, by taking it at night, you would go to the bathroom upon waking and then be fine the rest of the day, because it didn't make diarrhea last all day--just the body flushing the die-off of candida. He said that's how you could tell the candida was gone--no more diarrhea. Kind of like MMS. :-) Samala, -------Original Message------- Has anyone heard or tried this? I just learned of it from another group. Dr Wong claims it(spice) kills Candida. Just wondering if anyone has done the therapy...

Guest guest
You can start out with a quarter teaspoon CTT in a half glass water. Some have said that cold water makes it a bit more palatable. Then you can work up to 2 full teaspoons. Or you can take 1 teaspoon at night and one in the morning, but then you will usually need to be close to a bathroom all day if you do the morning routine, but some people don't seem to be bothered much during the day. Every person is different so you just have to experiment. It can kill the candida very quickly, or it can take a few months. He said as long as 6 months, but most people that were his clients at the lectures he gave every week usually had great improvements in just 2 or 3 months. Good luck -------Original Message------- How much cream of tartar is recommended? I think I would like to try this.....
