Guest guest
Good Morning All, I pray this Thursday will find you well when you awaken and if not, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Right now I am wishing I had that hysterectomy..LOL anyway I am doing searches like always and came to this and wanted your thoughts on it. These are supplements that I came across on a Natural Remedy page to help with quitting smoking: 200 mg CO.Q10 2 x a day Grape Seed Extract (no quantity given) Vit C 5000-20000 mg a day Vit E (no quantity given but I take 800 IU of Nat E now) Vit A (no quantity given) * I believe too much is toxic? Cayenne to reduce cravings (HA I practically eat the stuff) Ginger (for nausea and to perspire to eliminate toxins) Lobelia (this I have been meaning to get) Oats...no clue here by what they mean by oats just stated that Oats can reduce the cravings for nicotine. I refuse to start eating oatmeal On one other note I did want to add to some comments made to me earlier but decided to refrain. says I talk too much and he is correct. Not sure how this whole discussion even started as I just recall answering a post regarding MARY's back...lol And yes you can love other's deeply without loving yourself as much and I have been doing a good job of taking care of other's too. I love you all and know everything said is out of care and concern and I hear you and maybe even listen For one, I will no longer be drinking beer so that is a huge step. I will confirm that to be true or not on Monday. Anyway, wanted your thoughts on these suggested supplements. I am horrible with taking anything. I just threw away a ton of expired vitamins that were never taken. I try to take the E but not everyday as I forget with an occassional evening primrose. I do take my super tonic though. I guess I like it as it is alittle hot Thanks to all and you know I love you and I am forever grateful for being invited to this wonderful list. I swear that it feels like 90 degrees now. Not bad outside. I sat there for a while with Tuxy and a huge spider. Peep has been alittle ticked at me. He is a whole other post Wishing you a wonderful and blessed Thursday Tone
