Guest guest
That's a great one! In turn, it begs the question: What's dominating your life these days? I'm sort of assuming that we are all preoccupied with working out, planning healthy meals, eating clean, and drinking lots of water. But what else seems to be occuring for you all on a daily basis? For me, I think I can safely say I'm making peace with my body every day when I look in the mirror. However, there's also the need to scrub the floors in my house and the procrastination of said chore that's been a daily occurance as well. :-) DeDe > I like this quote, and I think it applies to our efforts to get fit: > (or stay fit) " Nothing that does not occur on a daily basis will ever > dominate your life.
