Do I need to use food grade hyrogren peroxide? Where can I get some?

You can use 3% from the drug store for external use.  Be sure IF you ever use

food grade, that you dilute it A LOT.  I use it sometimes and it's very strong,

so strong in fact, that I wear gloves while adding it to water. 

3% - external use only

35% Food Grade - external AND internal - but in small concentrations

I purchased the Food Grade at a food co-op.  None of the other stores I called,

including Whole Foods, carries it.  They said it's too controversial to be taken

internally.

I drank it (food grade) felt wonderful, when I drank it, but build up

allergy to it like other things I tried. Sharon J.
