Guest guest
I have been off starchy carbs for over three weeks and feeling much better and losing weight. Two days ago I let bread back into my diet. I had English muffins for breakfast and dinner. Today I feel bloated and depressed. I know that Pittas in Ayurveda should not eat bread with yeast. What is the reasoning behind this? And can this cause depression? Attention Wine Lovers! Love wine and need some more fun in your life? I get scared that the vitamins will be toxic for her. +++Hi , Are her bowel movements smelly, along with gas she lets? If they are, then she may have digestive issues too. But there's help - read this section on Improving Digestion so you can correct or change anything necessary: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s28 Of course it may be difficult to give a 3 year old hydrochloric acid supplements (HCl) if she cannot swallow pills, since you must not empty out the contents since it is acid which will burn her mouth and throat. But sauerkraut is just as good as HCl so hopefully she likes it, or can get accustomed to it. Many children love good sauerkraut. You can make it yourself - recipe is on my webiste - or buy unpasteurized sauerkraut at the health store, but it should be in the fridge section in glass jars, and don't buy Bubbies brand. Cheers, Bee
