Hi Gordon,

Could you give us your protocol?

At your convenience, of course!

Thanks,

Tom

Subject: What does Gordon use?

Hi Gordon,

As you seem to enjoy discussing my protocol, perhaps you might level the

playing fields and disclose what you take in your own Anti-Aging

protocol.

I do know that you use injectable GH. What are the timing, amounts and

results so far?

I also believe Ellis supplies you with the injectable GH. Did you get a

good deal?

What other supplements, amounts and timing do you use?

Hi Tom,

I take injectable hGH and a full spectrum of vitamins and antioxidants (Life

Extension Mix from LEF and some other stuff I buy from BAC). I sometimes

take DHEA and sometimes melatonin.

I also follow a fairly strict low-calorie low-carb low-grain meat and

vegetable based diet. I eat fruit but I eat it like it was candy (for

dessert, sparingly).

I've been thinking of going to a " pure " paleolithic style cave-man diet,

which would mean eliminating grains and dairy products. As it is I eat

almost no grains anyway, but I do eat cheese, so cheese would be the main

thing I would need to eliminate.

How about you?

Hi GT and all,

I wish I had your discipline as regards to diet; I seem to be

slipping back

into some old bad habits regarding high density carbohydrate.

It's been a learning curve, almost second nature now BUT continually

learning from others on the site. I'll glean ideas from others and

incorporate them into my program.

I'm about 17% Body Fat now but would like to be back at around

11%(still working on it; mostly dietary). The energy went up(along with

attitude, outlook on life and wellness, etc.) back when I began the

aminoacid GH releasers(nearly two years now) and has remained unchanged! No

drop-off!

Libido is nearly uncontrollable! Attribute this to the GHB.

The peak doesn't become less and less but it's been my experience

(nearly two years now) that you reach a plateau. That is, at first it grows

and grows, more quickly at first but then slowly up until about six months.

Then after cycling, you simply MAINTAIN the levels that you REGAINED (no

drop-off from what I've 'FELT'). My experience is purely subjective as I

have never taken IGF-1 tests before or after.

Further, once you reach your 20-30 something plateau, you need even

less precursor, and you can cut back to 3 - 4 days per week.

Just recently I've done 4 days on, 3 days off. The 4 days on:

Rejuvamin Plus(Biocentrics) at 10:00am; APGL 6g around 4:30pm followed by

20-45 min. high intensity exercise(3 - 4 days per week); 9:00pm one

tablespoon liquid GHB,

SomataPro, or ReNewtrient (alone with Melatonin).

Vitamins, minerals, Fish liver oil, etc(here lately, antioxidants

contained

in Met-Rx food bars or Zone food bars)

5 - 6 days a week. And last but not least: The ZONE lifestyle Pyramid diet

protocol http://www.enterthezone.com

I have posted here my strength training routines(three) for

any

interested. Each session lasts from 15 to 30 min. depending on how many sets

I feel like doing(always one; never more than three).

Many times I begin by warming up, doing the 'Tabata' on my treadmill

(about 8 min. or so) then start the exercises. Most exercises are done on a

home gym(Pacific Fitness, Del Mar). I also use Dumbbells for certain

variation. Ignore the numbers out to the left; they are bolt positions used

to set-up the machine.

Hello Gordon and Tom,

Gordon, I don't like the " caveman diet " ... For myself,

I have started increasing protein far above what it

used to be, but I still try to avoid fat, unless it

comes with the protein... and I always eat plenty of

fruit, vegetables, skim milk, and skim milk products

such as ice cream, yoghurt, etc. I am becoming more

and more convinced of the goodness of protein, but

that has not made me think that carbohydrates are

bad...

I don't know if you want to hear a simili, but I

explain my nutritional philosophy to friends as

follows: Our body is like a building... it can be

built of steel, cement, bricks, and rocks... or it can

be built of clay and wood and plastic and glass...

OR... it can also be built of steel and cement and

bricks and rocks AND clay, wood, plastic, and glass.

FAT is plastic and glass...

CARBOHYDRATE is clay and wood...

PROTEIN is steel, cement, bricks and rocks.

I try to avoid FAT, I try to look for PROTEIN, and I

let CARBOHYDRATE fall as it may, avoiding sugar as

much as I can.

For me, Enemy #1 is FAT, Enemy #2 is sugar, and Enemy

#3 is salt... but I love salt, and I don't have to

worry about it, since I have very good blood pressure

readings. (60 or 70, over 90 or 100)

Tom, I think you should avoid as much fat as you can,

and seek vegetables and fruits, and skim milk and egg

whites, or protein shakes with little or no fat. The

Zone diet is going to make you not lose fat, and maybe

gain it. 40-30-30 is simply too much fat. I like the

30 protein, but the 30 fat is too darn much! Try

50-30-20 or 60-30-10 which I think is even better.

Saludos,

Ellis

Is the protocol we use here written down anywhere in a comprehensive

way? I can't find it in the files. Thanks.
