Tough to say. I've never seen a bad reaction with probiotics at any

strength. Are you immune compromised in any way?

The VSL #3 is a packet with powder, so if you did get that, you could start

with small amts and work your way up. Same thing with the Custom

Probiotics. That comes in a cannister.

Bonnie,

I just read on this site that if you have a bad reaction to

acidophilus (it didn't mention other probiotics) that it means you

have leaky gut syndrome.

(genova diagnostics labs tests for this in the US)
