I'd stay away from peppers....also tomatoes, and eggplant for that

week,at least...they have solanines which can exacerbate joint and

muscle pain.

The rest look good basically your eating protein (no milk...has milk

sugar) and greens....mushrooms are a hearty veggie. Try not

substitute your normally eaten carbs with protein but substitute them

with veggie's.
