Guest guest
I got snap-crackle-popping under the skin all night, creepy-crawlies, feeling like my blood is gurgling in a drain, stinging eyes, burning feet (one at a time), pins and needles in my arms and legs, beestings on my head, stabbies on the left side of my face and left foot. All gets a lot stronger right after Nystatin or probiotics. In the first weeks, my mind got much calmer and I felt a lot of whooshing sensations. Also, if I inadvertently eat something off the diet, I get the same symptoms for a minute or less. I'm just wondering because I have or had (not sure) Lyme and a coinfection too, so I want to know if these are typical candida die-off symptoms. The herx isn't accumulating, unlike with some Lyme treatments I did, because the Nystatin doesn't build up in the blood. I'm also wondering about the efficacy of Nystatin vs. Diflucan. Thanks.
