Guest guest
I haven't done the solar gazing consistently for more than a week at a time. The instructions are pretty specific on when and how to do it to avoid damage, mostly in the first or last hour of sunshine before the UV levels get up to harmful levels and to small but steadily increasing amounts of time. I would love to see and talk with some folks that completed the training and were living on sunshine. Haven't run into any though. There's quite a few things that sound great but a bit of skepticism goes a long ways towards helping one stay grounded. I love a line from Tom Brown Jr, " Prove me right or prove me wrong. " We had a nut on another list bragging about his noontime gazing and the tremendous spiritual experiences he claimed to be having from it. Unfortunetly his schizonphrenia was taking him down the route of severe eye damage. Of course that was the same guy who claimed to have planted a corn seed and had it grow, bloom, and be ready for harvest in a matter of minutes.
