I have often heard that real healing takes place when sleeping but only during the hours between 10pm and 2am. I haven't been able to find out more when looking at sites for Circadia Rhythm. - anyone have any info?

I have heard that those four hours are worth more than 10 hours of sleep at other times? Hummmm

I have always been asleep by 10pm and usually sleep until 4 0r 5am. It is hard for me to stay awake after 10...which makes me a party pooper...LOL

Wow, fascinating...I wake up at 1:30 and at 4:30, this

is daylight savings time (or 2:30 and 5:30 in the

winter). Have for years and years and years. My

regular waking times when I am doing a " normal "

waking/sleeping schedule. I am actually a night

person and when living that way sleep very soundly

during daytime, much more soundly than ever during the

dark.

now kit that is interesting cause I've started changing from a day person to a nite person... lol

and pretty routine (although I am a very lite sleeper....the dog jumps off the bed, I'll usually wake up).. but I usually go to bed around 10-10:30 and it's 11:30 or 12 before I fall asleep and wake sometimes around 1 and then again at 2 or 3.... more often than not...

Most people, if they're waking atall, wake during the Liver(1-3a) or Lung (3-5a) hours. The wakinghour will help confirm a diagnosis of an organ system disharmony.
