Guest guest
Hi all.. I've always wondered what the mechanism is for candida causing low body temperatures. Does it affect the endocrine system directly (etc.)? If labs show borderline hypothyroid, could that be from candida? The same goes for adrenal insufficiency. I can see how having chronic candida (or any long term infection) could burn out the adrenals. How do I figure out if it's candida or an actual endocrine problem? My saliva stress test showed low cortisol and low DHEA. I there a definitive way to diagnose candida? I was thinking of getting tested for allergies, which includes candida, along with molds, pollens, foods, etc. Thanks a million.. -michael
