warm bath

do anybody knows, if hot water bath is good or not for candida?

for me looks like not good, is stay longer time in a nice warm bath,

when i come out feel very bad. now i ask my self, is from candida ?

Moisture could be bad, if you tend to have yeast infections. . .but I sit in my

hot tub and am just sure to dry off very well after. If you're feeling bad,

then maybe try adding epson salts or 3% hydrogen peroxide to the water and see

what happens.

i was not thinking about the humidity, but the hot water increase the

body temperature and so accelerate all process inside. maybe candida

get better conditions, or maybe get worst and the bad feeling is the

die-off ? but ok, looks that so far, nobody knows if hot water is good

or bad for candida.
