Guest guest Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Hello all, I've been following the whey/inulin/selenium protocol plus low carb diet for 3 weeks and there are one or two signs of more energy and brain clearing, as well as bulking up and looking less emaciated. However, I've also developed gout in the my foot,which is swollen and red around the big toe. Has anyone else had this and what have they done to make it better? The other thing I'm interested in is finding out how long it was before people noticed a real and lasting improvement on this protocol?
