Hi Everybody. I've recently started the Candida Diet (or what I think

I should be doing) and I'm having some new symptoms. I have read that

die-off can cause certain things. What I'm wondering is if anyone has

experienced a sudden loss of periperhal vision? It lasted about 5

minutes and it was not a shadow, it was more like a strip of flickering

lights on my peripheral. If went away as quickly as it came and then

for about 20 minutes things were not quite in focus. Laying down in

the dark helped. Anybody heard of this? Possible migraine?

What about increased joint pain, like the knees and ankles?

Also, I'm planning on starting the Three-lac supplement. Does anyone

know if a) I should stop taking the Cat's CLaw I'm on now and will

the three-lac have any bad interactions with the mainstream meds I'm

taking: Birth control, zoloft, and zyrtec.

Are there any great websites or books I should read?
