Guest guest
The soup is amazing because it get's hot enough to make soup just via the friction. The texture of the flour is fine but you have to leave it run long enough and not overload it. I usually add about 3 cups at a time and it takes about 3 or maybe 4 minutes. I use it to bake bread in my Breadman 2200. It's the only whole wheat recipe I've liked so I make it often. I also use the flour to make whole wheat veggie crackers. The ice cream.....do you want be "good". I use frozen bananas and cocoa powder. Tastes like chocolate icecream. I've also added other fruit like frozen strawberries or blueberries to the bananas. Of course you can do it whichever way you want, including cream and/or sugar. I use it several times a week. I also add flax seed to my smoothies and it grinds them up pretty fine so easy to digest and get the good omega oils from them. I also make my own peanut butter which only takes a couple minutes. Anyone who likes eating more natural will love this machine. Please feel free to email with any other questions. Barbkitcurtin <kitcurtin@...> wrote: Yuh....great endorsement!! Thanks, Barb! I'm really intersted in thesoupmaking ability. And, do you like the texture of the flour? What do you use the flour for...baking? ....breading? Ice cream! I'd better get hoppin'Kit __________________________________________________
