Guest guest
I have a Vita mix 4000 with the metal tub and I love it. Easy to clean, makes me smoothies, soups, grinds my own whole wheat flour, ice cream, dressings...... One of the best investments in my health I ever made. Do you think I could get a job working for them, lol.... Barbkitcurtin <kitcurtin@...> wrote: <snip> about the Vita-Mix as well. Anyone, here use the old metal model to their satisfaction? It'ssupposed to be good making soups and serving them warm. Start your day with - make it your home page
Guest guest
ahh I tell everyone it splits atoms and makes anything possible my husband says stop telling people that haha! You can make " whole " jucies meaning you put any apple in it , it make the whole apple seeds and all into juice. They suggest when using oranges that you put as much of the white in as possible its a whole foods deal you get more out of the whole deal you can make soups , nut butters , using the other jar you can grind your own grains. Which I just learned to so critical most breads by the time you buy it the grain has already started to mold which would be bad for yeast in your body as well as eczema. andrea --- riss_kay <riss_kay@...> wrote: > Thanks for recommending this for my kids to > take coconut oil. > I have seen it mentioned several times on these > posts.
