Guest guest
Hi, I'm new and have never posted before, but am wondering what kinds of changes you guys have seen from the liver flushes you've done. Do you feel noticeably better? Any obvious physical changes, or just generally better overall? I haven't tried one yet--haven't had the guts!--but am sure I need to. By the way, I'm a 47-yr-old mom with 3 smaller kids, one with autism that I feel sure was caused initially by mold. So I am here doing research, for him, and for the rest of our family as well. Thanks!
Guest guest
AsheRight from the start, I consulted with someone that was a whole lot more familiar with flushes than I was. I ended up not doing it anyway.Basically, from my understanding, cirrhosis is the death of that part of the liver. Dead can not be regenerated. Therefore, we hope that we can put a stop to whatever it is that is killing the liver, such as HepC. Regeneration is slow and yet, a person can have a good quality of life with only a small portion of their liver that remains healthy. However, there is many things that would have to be taken into account regarding having enough liver to live.I too was diagnosed with cirrhosis in early 2009. Then, I went on to do a clinical trial treatment. After that, I was confirmed with having liver cancer. That was operated on in April 2010. I had wanted to ask the surgeon how much healthy liver I had left; but, unfortunately the day of my appointment, he was called for an emergency transplant. Hopefully, I will be able to ask him that and other questions when I see him in February or March. I get more and more interested in the answer to such a question because of the liver cancer.Gloria Hi there all - has anyone done any liver flushes as mentioned on the site. (I read a few testimonials that sounded fairly convincing!) Has anyone with cirrhosis done any liver flushes? Would be interested to hear results. Also there seems to be differing ideas as to whether the liver regenerates itself at the cirrhosis stage. I have Hep C induced cirrhosis, and this is why I am interested in your views / experience in this area. thanks guys Ashe
Guest guest
About the regeneration process... no, dead cannot regenerate BUT what happens is once the liver is in a state where it is not in crisis it will generate healthy tissue to replace the dead cirrhotic tissue. The cirrhotic tissue is absorbed and destroyed and replaced with healthy tissue. I previously had cirrhotic tissue on my liver. I no longer do. My liver started regenerating tissue to replace that cirrhotic tissue once my liver settled down after treatment was complete. Hope that helps.
