HI Anne,

I am not advocating NO fats. Yes I am talking about all fats and oils.

The human body only needs about 10% of our caloric needs from fats (any

kind). One need not eat too many fats to overdo one's caloric needs.

Fats are a very dense calorie food. The majority of one's calories

should come from simple carbohydrates found in fresh raw fruits. 80% +.

The bodys' need for fat and protein are actually quite small in the 10%

range each. Overdo either of those and you set yourself up for problems

down the road (or sooner).

Something to think about.

Peace be with you, Anne.

Oh Yeah, I forgot I eat eggs also and I know they have fat in them.

I usually have soft boiled eggs, with tabouleh on top and doused with cayenne and tumeric and a little Redmonds REAL salt. Probably sounds gross to most but I find it delicious and energizing.

Time will tell, I guess but at 75 I have no disease my blood pressure is always 120 over 70 and my last blood sugar was 97. Hummm my chiropractor says that 97 is high so maybe I should cut back a little on fruit? What would be a good blood sugar level? And, please not more exercise...LOL
