Thanks Don for your reply. That makes a lot of sense now. Again, Everything in moderation.

I believe you are correct when saying most of us eat too much fat. 10% FAT... I don't know how to measure that for myself except that I eat little if NO animal protein anymore and then very seldom. I rarely eat dairy products as it is almost impossible to get them raw and organic and I never eat nuts or nut butters, just simply don't like them

I feel very healthy and full of energy, so maybe I am doing something right...LOL
