And Whey with coconut oil is my late supper. Having whey with coconut oil ate at night prevents my body from catabolizing my muscles while I sleep. When I began my low carb diet I found I was losing muscle mass. Now that I use coconut oil and whey I no longer lose muscle mass, and have more energy throughout the day.
