Whey with coconut oil, cod liver oil, and fish oil is my breakfast.

And Whey with coconut oil is my late supper. Having whey with coconut

oil ate at night prevents my body from catabolizing my muscles while I

sleep. When I began my low carb diet I found I was losing muscle

mass. Now that I use coconut oil and whey I no longer lose muscle

mass, and have more energy throughout the day.
