Guest guest
tofu = soy = gmo in most cases. Soy disturbs the metabolism (thyroid). Re: gallbladders: soy has a lot of fat in it. And when I had gallbladder problems, the worst thing for me was soy margerine. Tofu is highly processed food. Sue -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users. And, while I haven't become so rabidly anti-soy that I deem it to be almost poisonous, I stopped eating soy on a regular basis after having learned the WAP perspective on it. When I do eat soy, I now favor the fermented/cultured varieties (miso, tamari, natto, tempeh, and sufu). As for it being a huge allergen like corn and peanuts, is that really an issue if you're not actually allergic to it? I wouldn't think so.
