Guest guest Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 I notice that I have to have a snack between my meals to get my blood sugar to feel my comfortable. This is really noticeable after exercise. Because there are so many things we aren't supposed to eat I wonder what snacks you all have? My doctor has me on 50mg daily Diflucan for at least a month and I also take homemade Kefir every day.
