I guess my gallbladder is infected and swollen after trying to digest the Pizza I had that night. Anyway the doctor wants to operate in a week when the infection is cured. But I would rather try something else first. Does flushing the gallstones really work? My fear is rupturing the duct does anyone have knowledge or experience in this regard?, any help would be appreciated. Thank you in anticipation, Salinder Poonian. Guest guest
I'd still continue flushing if I were you, and more often than every 3 weeks, unless you don't have any discomfort. The clay colored stools are due to a blockage. Continue flushing and it will go away. I've had the same thing. I still have pain in the gallbladder after eating fat and will stay on my schedule of cleansing. Can't wait to feel better and even 2 weeks in between is just such a long time before getting more relief! namaste, cathy
Guest guest
Yes flushing really works, and it depends how many stones you have. I've done 13 double cleanses since November which means I've consumed a total of 1 cup of oil in 2 days every 2 weeks to get out the maximum number of stones. Before that, I did a full year of cleansing every 2 weeks with little results probably because I was eating the wrong foods during the cleanse, and not drinking the apple juice. Some cleanses produce more stones than others. Dr. says that each bile duct cleans out one at a time. I'm seeing more green sludge stuff coming out lately rather than stones. You'll also remove parasites and their nests, and cholesterol and actually reduce your cholesterol count. I've seen parasites, nests and cholesterol come out into the toilet. Some people have removed candida during cleanses as white stringy stuff. It's healhier to do a cleanse than to chose surgery where you risk the chance of something going wrong. Surgery is always a risk, is it not? Plus we learn how to eat better and take better care of ourselves rather than going for the quick fix. namaste, cathy
Guest guest
I think they do not use sound to dissolve gallstones anymore because the gravel ended up causing a problem. They do use it for kidney stones though. I did not know about heart problems, but, for sure, one can develop pancreatitis from a bad gall bladder, and that is a medical emergency par excellence. It means abdominal surgery, instead of arthroscopic removal of the gall bladder. You are right: the liver does not work well in the face of gall bladder problems. In fact, the whole digestive system is ''kicked up'' and out of sorts. Correct diet is the key and not eating for a long time can bring on an attack,, so carry something to eat with you. I managed to stave off surgery for 20 years w/ a bad gall bladder. If I had an attack, I drank a mix of olive oil/lemon juice--it was an instant cure. But then, one day, that did not work and I was terribly ill--so I had the arthroscopic surgery and have been 100% fine since then--has been at least 10 years ago. The best of luck, though. I would do the 'resistance' mode again. Can you believe this????--the surgeon said the gall bladder was an unnecessary organ and that evolution-wise, people would be born without one in the future!!! Sue ================= they can now eliminate gallstones with soundwaves or something; my sister had to go twice, and she no longer has them. When one has gallstones, the liver is inflamed and doesn't work as good, and certain or all hormones build up--usually the liver takes out some, and a person is more likely to have a heart attack...I know of three women in their thirties who had heart attacks before they found they had gallstones!!they looked beautiful but were sick and didn't feel right. they can now eliminate gallstones with soundwaves or something; my sister had to go twice, and she no longer has them. He advised me not to wait for an attack because sooner or later I will have them. Your doctor is hopefully ignorant... If not, a liar. The statistics are that 80% of the people who have gallstones never feel them. Guest guest
www.sensiblehealth.com -- putting in my next order as we speak. By the way, if you're not even having attacks -- good freaking gravy!!! -- this doctor simply just wants your money or he's just plain clueless -- they only teach surgery and drugs in medical school so that's really all they know (the nutrition that is taught is ridiculously inadequate). I was misdiagnosed for almost 30 years and having extremely debilitating, painful attacks and have only started the flushes in the past six months and I'm doing so much better. Don't lose your organ unnecessarily. I still have mine and I'm so incredibly grateful and I'm doing so much better. I am 50 years old and used to be 50 pounds overweight but have maintained a healthy weight in the past six years or so. Guest guest
When my doctor recommended surgery and that according to him that should be my mindset, I felt very sad in knowing that surgery could be the only option. I do not want to go under the knife. Before the ultrasound, I didnt feel pain in the back or below the ribcage. However, when I read your posts I was hopeful that there is an alternative and that I am convinced deep in my heart that surgery is not the only option. Mar > > Don't lose your organ unnecessarily.
