re: acrylamide in chicory and coffee

Ok, thanks. I found it. Man, I can get the raw chicory, but what about coffee? I

guess roasting of some kind is essential with processing coffee. Anybody ever

drink non-roasted organic coffee? Is there even such a thing? I wonder if any

other teas or herb teas are so roasted as well?

Thanks alot for the heads-up Duncan. You saved me from downing something that is

no good and also any others that I might have inadvertantly turned on to the

roasted chicory. I really appreciate it.
