Hi Debby:

Thanks for this post. Yes I know high Cortisol is related to stress but in

this case (did you read my whole email) it is from using too much

Progesterone for a long time. I should have tested a few years ago and yes I

do meditate.

It can also be caused by the Hypothalamus gland sending too much CRH to the

Pituitary causing the Pituitary to secrete ACTH, another hormone that

stimulates the Adrenals to release Cortisol into the bloodstream. This might

be called Cushings Disease.

Lung tumours and Adrenal tumours can also cause high Cortisol.

I'm not Duncan, but I hope you don't mind me answering your post. High

cortisol levels are often related to stress. Have you tried doing EFT,

mediation or anything similar? Getting more sleep helps too.
