but but but I am post meno and and I believe the flushes are partly

as the oestrogen levels have dropped significantly. I want foods which might

help

to keep oestrogen higher?? Don't I? Anyway yay I love almonds

and eat heaps of raw almond butter <BAD> I am sure hehe.

I know some oestrogen is still either made or stored in some of the

fat cells, but there is none coming from the ovaries any more.
