Guest guest
could be a number of things... you may want to do a check up just to find out for sure. Yes, it could be referred pain or something like that. The pain isn't always where the problem is. Something new I learned at the vet yesterday. I didn't know that acupuncture can actually make a tumor get larger. She said she doesn't want to do any near Oreo's head, neck or jaw area because she has seen that happen. Guest guest
He is not an angry young man at all. A little high stressed sometimes but generally very pleasant and loveable and always respectful Liver problems are often associated with anger, but they are on the right side of the body. I have no idea what's on the left! I thought it was just open space. Lol! Gloria
Guest guest
Toni, I'm going to send you some links to look at....skip over, quickly, the technical stuff...I don't want you to get a headache...or put you to sleep early! It will look like they are talking about right side stuff but left side can apply..the meridians run thru both sides This is TCM stuff, get what you can and look at the symptoms and see if anything additional matches....big question...is he an angry young man. " Hypochondriac pain (pain beneath the ribs): The hypochondriac region is traversed by the liver and gall-bladder meridians. Obstruction or malnutrition of these meridians may produce hypochondriac pain. " Mostly just look at the symptom and manifestation stuff. www.yinyanghouse.com/chinesetheory/etiology-hypochondriacpain.html http://www.acupuncture.com/conditions/hypochonpain.htm Kit > Me again.. > > Been meaning to ask you all something. My son has been having very bad sharp pains on the left side I guess I would say just beneath the ribs. He has had this for a while now but it has gotten worse. Any ideas of what this could be? He has not had a checkup in a long time due to insurance issues but maybe I should not play with this and find someone to take him too. > I appreciate your thoughts on this. > Toni
Guest guest
Anger and stress can effect the Liver system in TCM...and cause the Qi to stagnate in the meridians that run thru the area...cuasing pain. But Suzi's right good to get it checked to be sure it nothing that needs additional attention. Kit > Thanks so much Kit. He is not an angry young man at all. A little high stressed sometimes but generally very pleasant and loveable and always respectful. I appreciate your help. He does not talk about things nor complain so I had forgotten about it until I saw it happen. > > Thanks so much again > Have a wonderful night > Toni > > p.s. put me to sleep? haha I clock at 4 hours so I try to at least be up until midnight as I am always up by 5 usually nomatter what > > > .big question...is he an angry young man.
