Guest guest
I think I'll answer that with a quote from The School of Natural Healing by Dr. : " In most cases, the improper diet has caused the peristaltic muscles of most people to quit working and it will take 6 to 9 months with the aid of the lower bowel formula for the average individual to clean out the fecal matter and to rebuild the bowel structure sufficiently for the peristaltic muscles to work entirely on their own. " LBF or something similiar, I didn't have some of the herbs and modified the formula to fit what was in my area, is used for a host of problems. If the bowel is crudded down even if people take awesome herbs specific for a different problem they won't assimulate all of the benefits. Hence LBF is frequently given first in many situations. It works in conjunction with a mucousless diet and a 3 day cleanse.
