Guest guest
Sounds like a job for Dr.'s Lower Bowel Formula or the two intestinal cleanse formulas on file. I can't recommend LBF high enough.

Kit > I saw that someone mentioned using herbs for a prolapsed uterus. While it's not my uterus it certainly feels like it, but from years of constipation my colon has dropped and caused a prolapse. I know eating properly and rebounding will help, but I am interested in investigating herbs connected with strenghtening this area. A friend is a gyno (shes a she!), but she is queen of hystos in this town and she says I have no hope of ever recovering or healing my prolapse. Oh, how I would love to prove her wrong! > > Thanks, Shari
Guest guest
prayerful, Is it fast acting? Any theories on speed of cleanse? From TCM standpoint with prolapse we'd say to take it slow and gentle? " Referring back to the colon, prolapse is the sinking or falling down of a body part. Prolapse of the colon is a very common occurrence. When the transverse colon prolapses, it places pressure on the abdominal contents below it and pulls or draws on the organs above it. Another problem that can contribute to prolapse of the colon is constipation. When the intestinal contents back up from whatever the cause, fecal matter becomes dry and impacted. Long-term improper bowel care results in a thick build up of mucus along the colon wall. The combination of fecal material and mucus causes the colon to become very heavy with material that should move on. The weight of this material combined with improper nutrition to the muscles and ligaments plus the force of gravity, results in prolapse.
