Buddy, thanks for your input. I thought that VSL#3 was quite strong and if I

wanted to try it, I'd go with the Custom Probiotics. If they don't require

refrigeration, why would they have to go by FedEx?

Also I can eat the ODD small chocolate bar and have nothing happen, but the

Probiotics just about wipe me out, feeling like I'm gonna die.

Kyodophilus 1.5 billion (Acidophilus, Bifidum & Longum) are okay at one per

day. Kyodophilus 3 billion (same mix) at one per day is okay but 2 per day

is deadly for me.

I think 450 billion (in VSL#3 for instance) would OUTRIGHT KILL ME.

Many drugs, supplements, etc. will say that. It's just a CYA.

It's a very high dose probiotic, but should be generally well tolerated. I

believe the instructions are to start with a partial packet and then work

your way up.

I still say the Custom Probiotics are a better value for the same stuff.

Or, you could make your own kefir or yogurt and receive even more probiotics

per serving. It's a little more work, but probably the most cost

effective. I made my first batch recently and it took a few days to thicken

up (very cool in my house), but I eventually got it to work.
