(less for children, of course - but that gives you just a tiny idea WHY you need to keep hydrated. I use reverse osmosis water and add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. sea salt per quart. Salt helps the body decide where to use water properly. NOT white table salt - it's in the same category as processed sugar... it's molecular weight is in the TOXIC range! Plus I often add a good liquid vitamin & mineral supplement and Cell Food to the water. Jan Jenson Re: Digest Number 1272Kathy - what kind of water? Tap? And what is " a lot of water " to you? Sometimes when I think I'm drinking a lot of water it might be two quarts on Monday and by Friday it's down to two cups and I still think I'm drinking a lot of water! Guest guest
So, you're saying you drink 36 or 48 ounces of water a day? Way too little! Unless you only weigh 96 pounds or less. See previous message about ounces and body weight. Shari ----- Original Message ----- From: Kathy L health Sent: Saturday, August 27, 2005 5:10 PM Subject: Re: what is "a lot of water" to you? I have a 12 ounce cup and drink at least 3....usually more. I don't add sea salt to the water but do use it on food. We tried RO water and no-one liked the taste of it.....we all preferred the distilled which actually is much better than the tap water here....that is really gross....lol Don't use table salt at all.
