I first found it at my healthful store, I am fortunate because the

manager does this diet and her husband happens to be " O. " So she carries all

the stuff for us " O " 's. They are called Soy Sensations, and come in many

flavors, the only one we can have is chocolate fondue. Later I found this

same " bar " in the pharmacy area at Walmart and they are.97cents. pretty cool.

They aren't as sweet as the " O " bar so I like them better. Hope it helps.

Please someone tell me what is BetaGen that you all talk about? I live in

Madrid, so isn´t easy to find it. Maybe if I knew what it really was there

would be something like it under another name.....And BetaLean? And Keto 7?

Am about to begin in earnest and need to take everything that helps me..

Thanx, Lynda in Madrid

Betagen is creatine, glutamine, taurine, and HMB. BetaLean is basically a

time-released ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack. Keto 7... I can't for the life

of me remember what's in that.

You can go look up the ingredients of any EAS supplement at http://eas.com

Select it from the product drop down list, then choose Nutrition Information.

Once you know what's in it, you can go someplace like Supplement Watch to see

what an ingredient does, how it works, if it's effective, if it's safe.

http://supplementwatch.com That should help you decide if it's something worth

trying. Most supplements are pretty highly overrated. If you have the nutrition

and workouts down you'll do great.

Hi guys:

What's with all these (. & nbsp ) in every email? I wondered what some were

talking about before and now it's showing up in my email too.

Did I miss an explanation if someone gave it?

Bonnie
