When you fast you will starve the candida so much that it will go

deeper into your organs looking for food. At that point only

homeopathy along with diet will get it out. That's a very loose

translation of what the doc I used to work for said. She also

recommended to not ever stop eating some carbs (like a few

strawberries or a low sugar apple) or the same thing would happen.

Low carb, not no carb!

I fasted before I knew this and I was really sick for years. Juicing

on the other hand is a better option than water fasting but it should

be predominately greens, not fruits.

Great explaination. Thanks for that.

I have just had a belt of kidney stones and infection and eating was

the last thing on my mind I was so sick so I hope I have not

encouraged my cause.

The stones are playing up again but will see what happens.
