Guest guest
Thanks, Duncan. Are cold-extracted whey powders the same as undenatured whey? From a quick google search, whey protein isolate contains the former? How does yogurt fit into this (if it does)? I didn't find anything in the Files section... If you could point me to a website somewhere it would help greatly (yup, I'm fairly new here). I saw on your site something about selenium. I just started taking 200mcg a day a few weeks ago. Would this help, and should I try upping the dosage? The EFA I was taking is Udo's 3 6 9 blend. I might have problems digesting fat, so I thought I would eliminate it temporarily and add it back. I can't seem to find good info on lipase deficiency either because everything is about major deficiencies and not minor... If you have any info regarding this, I would appreciate it. I quit taking GSE and oil of oregano. I'll probably start up something else in a week. It's really hard to eat low-carb during the holidays... Thanks!
