Guest guest
Realize that it doesn't need to be taken straight. Our 7 year old takes his in water, with a plain water chaser. My son-in-law loves it as a salad dressing. I love it in tomato juice! My wife takes it straight (as do I most of the time), and loves it. But beware, it makes your breath AWFUL!! As for the stomach problem, I guess it depends on your system and how you take it. We eat peppers like candy in this house, so have no problems. Hot peppers have actually been suggested to help the healing of ulcers and stomach problems. Guest guest
Yup! We use the dried pulp as a snuff whenever we feel a sinus infection coming on, or just need some good decongestant. "We" being Marilyn and myself, not . But Marilyn tends to take too much. As awful as it sounds, it sure is funny to watch! Of course, I'm not much better! The flapping arms and hopping around the room, you know......... Peace, love, laughter Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: How does it taste? ... Well, it has a bite... lol.. do you like hot stuff? Put it in a swallow of apple juice or water... how do habs normally sit in your stomach?? I don't have a problem with it... some will eat some crackers or bread prior to taking it... Start out with little amounts and work up to it if you have a problem... don't know many who have had problems.. Heck, I use the pulp for "snuff" when needed... that will bring tears to your eyes... but works great... (right ?)
