As a child I had many ingrown toenails. My doctor suggested cutting a small notch (looks like a V when looking down at it) in the toenail. I did it for years as a child. Now I no longer have a problem. The theory is: the toenail is able to grow to close the V rather than trying to grow into your skin. Just my humble opinion.

and don't forget like someone said, it drew a splinter out also.. and 100% natural ingredients.. but if you can't get organic everything.... the most important is that the apple cider vinegar be pure raw... if you can't get that it will still work, just not quite as well.. but don't let that stop you from making it.
