,

I have had sinus problems for a long time. The thing that has

helped me the most is the use of nasal washes. I use a WaterPik

with a Grossan Irrigator tip which I found on the Web several years

ago. I use about 8 oz. of warmed filtered water with a heaped 1/2

tsp. of pickling salt stirred into it as well as about 1/4 tsp

baking soda.

I use this solution at least twice every day. It is inexpensive and

really does help. Email me privately for further instructions if

you would like.
