I can only hope it is doing me some actual good as protein, because I sure can't " feel " it. So far all I've been able to use it for in terms of actual daily diet, is as a between meal snack, or a " stop the starving for long enough to fix something more substantial " fill in. For which use a glass of hot water would likely work nearly as well. LOL. From you posts about whey, it doesn't seem like this is how it should work?
