When in PAIN drink a pint of water.

If that doesn't help, drink another pint.

Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. I am one of those fortunate ones who never gets a headache, but I have a friend who gets horrible migraines. She also drinks about a gallon of water a day and I've seen her increase her intake even higher when a migraine comes on. She has 2 sons-in-law who are chiros so she gets adjustments all the time. She's been given herbs, teas, supplements, you-name-it and she still gets them. I have seen her throw up when she has them, pass out when she has them, etc.. It's bad and nothing seems to work! I don't believe she's tried acupuncture, tho.

Has she ever been tested for hormone imbalance?

We've had successes with treating migraine patients at the clinic.

It's not a one-shot deal and she would do even better adding Chinese

Herbs.

Sounds like a good thorough cleansing and change in diet is in order.

Has she considered Spiritual aspects? Spirit is Health and Wisdom oriented so I feel safe asking on this list.
